2026 UK Social Mobility Awards, Progression Programme of the Year

We are proud to have won Progression Programme of the Year at the 2026 UK Social Mobility Awards (SOMOs).

Presented at the SOMOs' 10th anniversary gala, hosted by presenter, writer and comedian Sue Perkins, the awards recognise organisations making a meaningful contribution to advancing social mobility and expanding opportunity across the UK.

We are honoured to receive this award, which celebrates our long-standing partnership with Moving Ahead and the impact of our cross-company mentoring programmes. Over the past 10 years, more than 400 women and colleagues from underrepresented and lower socio-economic backgrounds have taken part as mentors and mentees, helping to build skills, confidence, networks and career progression opportunities. For us, social mobility is about ensuring talented people have the opportunity not only to get in, but to get on.
