The Mission Include Programme supports colleagues who identify as being from an underrepresented background. This includes all protected characteristics as well as broader diversity strands such as socio-economic background, thinking style and intersectionality.
Runner Up for Most Dedicated Programme Partner of the Year
We're delighted to have been named Runner Up for Most Dedicated Programme Partner of the Year, recognising our ongoing commitment to cross-company mentoring through the Mission Include Programme delivered in partnership with Moving Ahead.
The programme supports colleagues from underrepresented backgrounds by creating opportunities for mentoring, networking and career development across organisations.
This year, 40 Close Brothers colleagues participated in the programme, while also benefiting from a range of external networking events and development opportunities.
