Runner Up for Most Dynamic Mentoring Organisation of the Year
We are delighted to be named Runner Up for Most Dynamic Mentoring Organisation of the Year in the Moving Ahead Inspired by Mentoring Awards, for the Mission Include Programme.
This recognition highlights our commitment to cross-company mentoring through the Mission Include Programme which supports colleagues who identify as being from an underrepresented background. This includes all protected characteristics as well as broader diversity strands such as socioeconomic background, thinking styles, and intersectionality.

This year, 44 of our colleagues took part in the cross-company programmes, and we have continued to engage through Moving Ahead’s Client Advisory Group, multiple partner events, and valuable networking opportunities.
On a personal note, being a mentor this year has been incredibly inspiring. It’s been a privilege to support my mentee’s development – and I’ve learnt a great deal myself along the way.”
