Yogesh Sholapurkar

Yogesh was appointed Group Chief Technology Officer in July 2025.

Yogesh has over 30 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services Technology, working in Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Treasury, Global Transaction Banking, and Lending businesses.

He joined Close Brothers in December 2020, and since then has held the roles as Bank CIO, and CIO for Commercial, Treasury & Savings and Group Central Functions.

Yogesh has previously worked with Citibank, Lloyds, and his own tech startup, in Mumbai, New York and London.
