  • Our instructor led courses support your personal skills development; communication, influencing, time management, presentation skills and managing teams to name a few
  • Our on-line learning portal is available to everyone and provides access to a range of the latest e-learning options covering technical, product and personal impact skills 
  • If you are studying towards a professional qualification that is a requirement of your role you will receive support. In addition, we utilise the apprenticeship levy, when appropriate, to support a range of professional qualifications. 
  • Individual development is further supported through both group-wide and local mentoring schemes, which provide individuals with an opportunity to build relationships across the organisation
