Our work with Moving Ahead
We are proud of our eight years of partnership with Moving Ahead to deliver cross-company mentoring programmes for women and minority groups through the Mission Gender Equity and Mission Include programmes. Both mentoring programmes provide colleagues with the chance to participate as either a mentor or mentee.
Mission Gender Equity
The Mission Gender Equity Programme helps female employees develop skills and grown their careers at Close Brothers.
Mission Include
The Mission Include Programme supports colleagues who identify as being from an underrepresented background. This includes all protected characteristics as well as broader diversity strands such as socio-economic background, thinking style and intersectionality.
We are delighted to have been named runner up for the Most Dynamic Mentoring Organisation of the Year in the Moving Ahead Inspired by Mentoring Awards, for the Mission Include Programme.

This recognition highlights our commitment to cross-company mentoring through the Mission Include Programme which supports colleagues who identify as being from an underrepresented background.
